Some people would call our approach 'Permaculture' but as Buddhists we acknowledge that nothing is permanent and as such for some this may be purely semantics but for us it is critically important. We prefer to call what we do as 'sustain-able-culture. We observe our environment and listen to the messages she sends us and from there we build and grow. We follow the lunar calendar and sow, reap and work with the forces of nature. We are strictly vegetarian, organic and try to live as sustainable as we can.
